At Gio Electric, our goal is to offer you the best shipping options, no matter where you live. Every day, we deliver to hundreds of customers across USA and Canada, ensuring that we provide the very highest levels of responsiveness to you at all times.
The time frame for order delivery is divided into two parts:
- Processing time: Order verification, tailoring, quality check and packaging. All orders are picked up by UPS/FedEx within 1 to 3 business days after the order is placed.
- Shipping time: This refers to the time it takes for items to be shipped from our warehouse to the destination. US and Canadian orders are shipped by UPS/FedEx. After processing and leaving the warehouse, items usually take between 4 and 21 days (for free shipping) to arrive at their destination but can take longer from time to time.

- $20 FLAT SHIPPING on all product parts
ECOTRIC-
Attention: Our goal is to keep the ordering process as simple as possible. Shipping time varies from 2-3 business days and delivery time varies between 6-8 business days if your electric bike is in stock. Please note that as the current logistics pressure is high, some areas of logistics information will be delayed.
This is dependent upon demand, factory production, holiday seasons, weather conditions, and other various circumstances.
We have some warehouses in the U.S and Canada. Our orders are shipped directly from there.
We offer free shipping on all of our bikes everywhere within the lower 48 states and Canada !(Excludes: Alaska/Hawaii,Puerto Rico, US Protectorates, APO/FPO, PO Box)
SHIPPING METHOD
Shipping is offered through UPS/FEDEX/USPS, which is free everywhere within the lower 48 states and Canada . Usually we ship spare parts by USPS and ship ebikes and batteries by UPS or Fedex. So please give us your right shipping address. If you provide wrong and insuficient shipping address, you will bear the second shipping cost. Once your bike is shipped, you will receive an email with tracking number so you can see when the scheduled delivery time will be!
SKATEBOLT-
1. Free Shipping over $35 (3-5 days) in the US (except for Alaska and Hawaii).
2. Shipping fee for Alaska and Hawaii: 100 USD.
3. Shipping fee for orders below $35: $8 (ground shipping). Expedited delivery (2-3 days) in the US: 100 USD. (NOT supported for Alaska and Hawaii)
4. Shipping fee for Canada: 25 USD (Only for accessories)
* Delivery for other countries or areas is not supported due to overrated shipping fees.
* IMPORTANT NOTICE: For buyers outside the US, custom taxes are not covered by Skatebolt.
How long does it take to process an order?

You will receive an email once the shipment is confirmed for your order. A tracking number will be uploaded at the same time.

Your shipment is insured:
With signature confirmation, your parcel is worry-free from unattended drop-off. In addition, insurance is included on all scooter orders for no extra charge, which covers up to $1000 worth of accidental loss or damage to your shipment while it is in the possession of the shipping carrier.
